Tempo featured in Microscopy and Analysis
Tempo was featured in the July/August 2024 edition of Microscopy and Analysis trade magazine from publisher Wiley Analytical Science.
The article “Electron dose plummets with turboTEM’s Tempo” (pg 30) highlights the benefits of Tempo when used with IDES’s beam blanking system on a STEM, allowing users to preserve sample integrity by minimising beam-dose whilst optimising information obtained for a given electron dose.
